    The BLS Provider course is required for health care professionals, such as CNA's, Registered Nurses, Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Patient Care Techs, EMT’s, Respiratory Technicians, Dental Hygienists, as well as, students entering a health care field. This certification is often a requirement for professional licensing or employment.

    The BLS skills session is for students that have already completed the online portion of HeartCode BLS by an approved AHA certified site. There is a brief review of skills followed by the skills test. Students are expected to know the skills required to be checked off prior to the skills session. The student must bring a copy of the course completion certificate with certificate number (starting with SCI) to sit for the class.
  • ACLS for Providers-Update (Renewals Only) $150

    ACLS for Healthcare Providers Renewal course is for current ACLS providers (unexpired). There are several components to this course which students are expected to have prior knowledge of; BLS and ACLS Surveys, Airway Management, Rhythm Recognition, Defibrillation, IV Access (information only), Use of Medications, Cardioversion, Transcutaneous Pacing, 1-rescuer CPR and AED, Team Resuscitation Concept (Team Leader and Team Member) and Immediate Post-Cardiac Arrest Care. For successful course completion, students must demonstrate skills competency in all learning stations, pass the CPR-AED skills test, bag-mask ventilation skills test, megacode test, and pass the written test with a score of 84% or higher.

    ACLS for Healthcare Providers Renewal course is for current ACLS providers (unexpired).   • ACLS for Providers-Expired/New/first time $200

    The Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) provider course certification is for healthcare providers with experience and advanced training in the medical field of both pre-hospital and in-hospital care ​(e.g., Paramedics, ICU/PCU/ER Nurses, Respiratory Technicians, Physicians, etc...). This course involves individual and team dynamics for recognizing, managing, and treating patients who are experiencing cardiac, respiratory, and medical emergencies that can lead to sudden arrest. The student will learn the algorithms to treat patients in cardiac and respiratory arrest along with related pharmacology for pre and post-arrest care. This course covers a vast amount of information in a short amount of time. Each student will be expected to perform high-quality BLS as it is a prerequisite to take ACLS. Students are expected to have a prior knowledge of interpreting EKG rhythms and related pharmacology to complete the course.​You must provide a current AHA BLS Provider card in order to take this course.

    The PALS skills sessions is for students that have already taken the "HeartCode PALS" online provider course through an American Heart Association approved site. The student must bring a current unexpired BLS Provider Card and an online certificate of completion to verify course completion. There is no written test, only a brief review of the skills expected of the student to perform.     This course is for non-medical professionals seeking CPR certification. This course satisfies all requirements required by most employers requiring CPR as a job pre-requisite (e.g., Teachers, Police, Daycare workers, personal trainers, construction staff, etc...). Please note this course also covers First Aid Basics-not required by all employers.
  • Heartsaver CPR/AED $65

  • Heartsaver First Aid $50
    Heartsaver First Aid is an instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage an emergency until emergency medical services arrives. Students will be taught basic first aid which includes splinting techniques, bleeding control, environmental emergencies (animal bites & stings), recognition of potential stroke or heart attack victims, use of gloves, hand-washing, use of Epi pen, and seizures.

    The Family & Friends CPR Course teaches the lifesaving skills of adult Hands-Only CPR, adult CPR with breaths (optional), child CPR with breaths, adult and child AED use, infant CPR, and mild and severe airway block for adults, children, and infants. Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment using the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which provides students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible.
